This piece can be returned for any reason. Send the item(s) back to us within 30 days and we’ll refund your money. Once we receive the package, we’ll refund you via the same method of payment with which you paid. You will receive the full purchase price of your product minus any shipping fees (unless of course, it was our error). If 30 days has passed since your purchase, we’re sorry, but we can’t accept this item as a return. 

Tiger Lilly Creations only ships Monday through Friday, excluding National Holidays.  Orders ship within 3-5 days via USPS to the 50 United States and Washington, D.C.  At this time, we do not ship internationally.  You should expect to receive your order within 6-10 business days.

 

You may choose expedited shipping to arrive within 2 business days for an addional fee at check out.  Expedited shipping cannot deliver to P.O Boxes and APO/FPO.  Orders must be palced by 10 am, EST to ship the same day.

 

 

 

It is important to energentically cleanse your jewlery and set your intentions prior to use.  To cleanse, we recommend sunlight, moonlight, clear running water, some time in your garden or sage or palo santo smoke.  To set your intentions, hold your piece and let it know your desires for your highest and best self.  Some crystals are delicate and should not be exposed to excessive water.
